Ποιητής. Γεννήθηκε στον Κάτω Αμίαντο το 1927. Φοίτησε μόνο στο δημοτικό σχολείο και μπήκε στη βιοπάλη. Άρχισε νωρίς να δημοσιεύει ποιήματά του σε λογοτεχνικά περιοδικά. Έχει εκδώσει τέσσερις ποιητικές συλλογές, από τις οποίες η μια, το Επιτρέψατέ μου, τιμήθηκε με το κρατικό βραβείο ποίησης του υπουργείου Παιδείας. Ποιήματα του Θεόδωρου Στυλιανού έχουν μεταφραστεί σε διάφορες γλώσσες.
