Κύπρια ποιήτρια. Ποιήματά της μεταφράστηκαν επίσης στην αγγλική, στη γαλλική και στην ιταλική. Το 1978 και το 1985 οι ποιητικές της συλλογές τιμήθηκαν με διακρίσεις από το υπουργείο Παιδείας της Κύπρου. Άλλες δυο ποιητικές της συλλογές βραβεύθηκαν από την Εθνική Εταιρεία Ελλήνων Λογοτεχνών Κύπρου (1976 και 1982) σε αντίστοιχους ποιητικούς διαγωνισμούς.
Εξέδωσε επίσης το δοκίμιο Λογοτεχνικές αναγνώσεις εν είδει δοκιμίου (Λεμεσός, 2005) και τη μελέτη Αναγνωρίζοντας την κώφωση (Λεμεσός, 1995).
