Το Kultura είναι το παλαιότερο περιοδικό που ασχολείται με τις τέχνες και τον πολιτισμό στη Βουλγαρία. Εκδόθηκε για πρώτη φορά στις 26 Ιανουαρίου 1957, με το όνομα Narodna Kultura (Λαϊκό Πολιτισμός), από το 2007 η Kultura εκδίδεται από το Ίδρυμα Communitas. Η έκδοση της αποτελεί τον πυρήνα όπου γίνονται ελεύθερες συζητήσεις και παρουσιάζονται διαφορετικές απόψεις και παράλληλα υποστηρίζει και κατανοεί ότι ο πολιτισμός είναι μια κοινότητα αξιών και ιδεών.
